4:30pm WOD 1 ARMY GRANSTAND
2 Rounds Partner MB Run around Army Grandstand (14/10); 20 min time cap
Fastest time 16 pts…….slowest 1 pt.
1) Partners are of the same sex.
2) Must run side by side at all times. Must finish together.
3) Partners run with one MB, sharing the load along the way. Partner A has option to carry MB the whole time, or opt to pass to teammate once tired. If partners do not cross finish line together, this is equivalent to a DNF .
4) If caught not running side by side by judge/counter, that will be a 2 minute penalty.
6:00 pm WOD 2 (4 team WOD); ARMY GYMNASIUM VOLLEYBALL COURT (above Fort box)
3 min AMRAP of the following:
Deadlift (MRX 255/mrx 165; FRX 95/frx 65)
Burpee Box Jumps
Hang Power Clean (MRX 135/mrx 105; FRX 75/frx55)
1 rep = 1 pt except for double unders. Total number of DU’s will be divided by 3 to get score. Team with most number of reps gets 16 pts, second 15, third 14……last 1.
1) Arrange team from frx, FRX, mrx, MRX. Everyone moves forward after every 3 min interval.
2) frx goes first, after the 3rd min FRX follows and stacks on weight of DL and HPC. After the 6th minute, frx should be on the way to HPC, FRX is on the burpee box jumps, and mrx stacks weight on the DL.
3) If no MRX is on your team, then the weight stacked should correspond to your rx weight.
4) Only athletes are allowed to touch/add weight. Coaches/judges just watch.
