FINAL THROWDOWN ASSIGNMENTS – ATHLETES/COUNTERS

Athletes: Be at the respective venues on time. Just like class, we will start promptly with or without you. For athletes in WOD 1, bring your own bottled water/vitaboost. No overly large coolers, ice, etc are allowed on the premises.  You may grab some free water or VITABOOST at the ARMY GYMNASIUM.

Counters: Your coaches will give you score sheets with the name of the athlete from the team which you will be counting for. As much as possible, enforce strict Crossfit standards.
