Awesome to have you interested in training with us! Before you can be a complete CrossFitter you must take our 2.5 week (more or less) short and sweet Foundations Classes. After that, you’re on your way to lifelong health, fitness and badassness!
What’s A Foundations Class?
CrossFit MNL Foundations Classes teach you the 9 main movements in CrossFit broken up over several periods. For each Foundations Class:
- Your Coach will instruct you on the basic movements you will learn that day.
- And then you will do a WOD with that specific movement after your instruction is completed.
Why Do I Need to Take The Foundations Class?
Your technique is absolutely paramount to not just your safety, but your development: both of which are of monumental importance to Crossfit MNL. Your Foundations Classes allow your Coach or Trainer to get to know you as an athlete while at the same time allowing YOU to learn all about range of motion, coaching cues, lingo and technique.
Does Everybody Take The Foundations Classes?
Yes. Everybody.
How Much Does It Cost?
It’s a special rate for those who went to the FREE Ultra Sessions. It’s going be VALUE for MONEY, we guarantee. This rate will only apply for this January.
What Do I Do Now?
Schedule your Foundations Class online today on this website or contact your coaches. If you went to ULTRA, you know who they are.
Foundation Class Times: We start on Tuesday, January 12, 2011 and will do this every day. Pick a time that’s convenient for you:
M-T-W-TH-F: 5:30pm, 7:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 am, 4:00pm
We will start on time. LATE comers will be penalized!!!
